Who we are
ColdConnect is operated by Elma Mlivic, Freelancer, who is the data controller for the details you send through this site.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive the details you type into it: your name, company, work email, website, and what you tell us about your business and interests. Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use it
We use your details only to read and reply to your message, to send you a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who processes it
The site is hosted by Netlify, which also processes form submissions on our behalf. Payments, where offered, are processed by Payoneer, which handles your payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see full card details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you become a client we keep the records that the work requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, use the contact form and mention that it is a privacy request.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
